Meet the Founder Sherelle Rodgers
Sherelle is an Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Wife and Mother of four. After witnessing some of her family members and friends suffer from these terrible diseases she felt that it was necessary to try to do something to lift the spirits up of those that are dealing with these diseases. Sherelle believes that it doesn't take much to show someone you care and to help lift someone's spirit.
Meet Daydream's Survivors
Suzanna is a cancer survivor. Shortly after finding out she was pregnant with her third child she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. The cancer was caught early enough for her to get the proper treatment. Today she is going on a year of being cancer free! When Sherelle approached her about being apart of this project Suzanna nearly broke down in tears. She said she wished there was something like this when she was undergoing chemotherapy.
Delva R. Walker is 33 years old who was born in Belize and lives with Sickle Cell Anemia. At the tender age of 7 is when she found out that she has Sickle Cell Anemia. Delva was blessed not once, not twice but three times when she almost died from her health due to this disease. She believes that the Daydream program has made her feel like she has someone that really understands how she feels and what she deals with on a day to day basis. She would love to say Thank You to Sherelle for creating the Daydream program. Her motto is that she has Sickle Cell, Sickle Cell doesn't have her.
